Solar screen fabric comes in different densities depending on your needs — more shade, more privacy, or maximum view-through. We'll help you pick what works best for each side of your home.

  • 80% screen — best for north-facing or shaded windows. Maximum view-through.
  • 90% screen — the most popular choice. Great balance of heat blocking and outward visibility.
  • 95% screen — maximum heat rejection for west/south-facing windows in direct sun.
  • Color choices — black, brown, beige, gray. We match to trim and frames.
  • Frame finishes — Silver, Bronze, Champagne, Tan, and White aluminum frames to match any home.

Can I still see out the window?

Yes. From inside, your view is preserved with only a slight tint — similar to wearing sunglasses. From outside, the screens look dark and provide added privacy, especially during the day.

How long do solar screens last?

Quality solar screens typically last 10–15 years before fabric replacement is needed. The frames last decades. We re-screen at a fraction of the cost of full replacement.

Do I need to remove them in the winter?

You can, but you don't have to. Many customers leave them year-round. They reduce winter heat loss too, and the slight tint isn't a problem for most. If you prefer, removing and storing them is simple.

How long does installation take?

Measuring takes 30–60 minutes. Once built, installation on a typical home takes 2–4 hours. We schedule both visits at your convenience.
